Durch solche Bruchstäbe wird die jeweilige Bahn auch auf Seilentgleisung (auf Stützen) überwacht.
Hier wird der Bruchstab (der eine Sollbruchstelle besitzt) vom Seil zerstört und die Bahn stopt.
